At Q4US, there are no anonymous coders or testers or DevOps. From requirements gathering to deployment our team work directly with the clients. The opportunity to work directly with clients, and immediate recognition for contributions made has enabled us to foster a culture of ‘sisu’ at work – a team that has strength of will, determination, perseverance, and able to act rationally in the face of pressure and adversity.

Through variety of practices, we actively encourage our team to design their journey of learning and discovery. Sprint retrospective is a time we meet to discuss successes and challenges, what went well, and what could have been done better. By exploring mistakes, we identify opportunities for growth both individually and collectively. For us, continuous learning and growth is an essential practice.
